Our initial consultation brings you a highly qualified interior designer to your home or office for an in-depth interview to identify your design objectives and outline the steps needed to accomplish them. This first meeting usually lasts one to two hours. After which, the professional Interior Designer will provide some outlines and estimates of pricing.

Question 6. What happens next?

• We will measure and photograph areas to be designed.
• We will create a room by room list of necessary construction, furniture, colours and accessory needs.
• A second discussion will occur as to the moods and ideas you have for you space, the things you desired in the final design will be recorded for later consultation.

Question 7. What is your Fee Schedule?

• The fees are not set and depend on the work to be done, some are package deals while others are bundled pricing.  The hourly fee covers such actions as: Space planning, rendering, concepts and working drawings designs.
• Once all the material we need is compiled we will then do the following:
• Prepare estimates and purchasing costs for materials
• Suggest different suppliers for work included 
• Research sources for materials or products
• A contract - with a pricing estimate,  a delivery schedule and payment schedule will be provided.
• A deposit is generally taken at the time of entering the contract.
